What threat was posed by the DoorDash delivery guy who was shot by ICE after they rammed his car?
He posed no threat. Even if he was trying to flee, as ICE claims, that would not justify the ramming of his car, much less shooting him after his car had stopped. It is law enforcement protocol not to even pursue a âfleeingâ driver unless he poses a threat to the public.
The worst of the worst? Yeah, right. Not remotely. He had no criminal record. He had a final deportation order. Thatâs it. And that was issued because he missed a court date for his pending asylum claim.
These goons are desperate to meet their quotas â at all costs. They are out of control.
It needs to stop.

What's great, is that ICE has done this (kill people driving their cars) so often, the officers already know to respond "my life was threatened". I guess I shouldn't say "no training"...

To fund TSA, all Republicans have to do — LITERALLY ALL THEY HAVE TO DO — is agree that ICE must obey the Constitution: i.e. they can't just arbitrarily shoot people down in the street or detain and deport people without due process. That's literally it. That's the whole thing. And they WILL NOT AGREE to that bare minimum.
So, keep it all shut down until they do. Hold the line. It's already painful for US, make it painful for THEM.
