🕒 The latest on Trump’s approval rating

After rebounding slightly earlier in the month, Donald Trump’s net approval rating has now hit a new second term low of -20.6. His disapproval rating is dangerously close to breaking 60 percent, while just 21 percent of Americans strongly approve of the job he’s doing.

At this point in Trump’s first term, his net approval rating was 9.3 points higher at -11.3. In fact, Trump’s net approval rating is now lower than at any point in his first term. Back then, he bottomed out at -19 after January 6th.

It's pretty obvious even here... the limited MAGA base here has retreated from the foolish "Iran can never have a nuke" rhetoric, knowing that TACO is gonna bail.  Nobody intuitively disagrees with that sentiment, but there is no way Trump does what's necessary to achieve that goal.  Just more noise.

It’s evident to anyone with an open mind that Dr. Fauci - who stepped into the AIDS crisis and worked with Bush to create a program to address it, and has worked with every administration since - is just the target of another pathetic diversion with underinformed, biased, ignorable people flooding the internet with trash opinions. 

Folks, have you ever thought that Rand Paul (ophthalmologist, meaning the only training he got in epidemiology and immunology was back in med school) was a thought leader? He’s fucking not. He’s loony and loud, just like his dad.

So, my reaction to watching this nonsense over someone who deserves your thanks just screams “stupid, ungrateful, reprehensible slander/libel.” Seriously - don’t respond to shit like this. It’s shit. It’s obvious. 

Now, on the flip side, do trump or RFKjr deserve your thanks? For ruining your economy, your affordability, your respect in the world, your food and drug safety, your employment options, your access to hiring workers, your education access, your health care costs, your safety in your home? You know the answer to this. Thinking that this administration is on the high side of any argument is naive and/or cultic.
