tell me lies that the city will love me, but i don’t know (tell me lies)
with a blindfold on, i’m feeling like my body knows
it’s just a concrete cage promising a better home
and if i ask too much, get pushed down the rabbit hole
crazy, i can’t believe i’m alive and i’m made of bones
and every blood+soaked one inside me is ready to go
pack a bag and i’m chasing it back to where it came from
with my bare feet deep in memories of where i belong
(whеre i belong, wherе i belong, where i belong, where i belong)

back then every summer
i was living so
back then every summer

back then every summertime
i was living so free under moonlight
not a godd+mn city line in sight
swear the love inside your eyes
was enough to blind a woman
now when i look real closely
i’ll admit that i’ve always been lonely
when i sank and let the ocean hold me
she reminds me i’m alive
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine

what if i never get past it?
yearning for you like an addict
somewhere inside my head
don’t need to make a bed
i don’t ever get to rest in
one day you’ll be satisfied
one day you’ll be satisfied
when will i be satisfied?
what if i never get past it?
begging for it like a manic
somewhere across the way
don’t need more words to say
if no one’s there to share a though with
one day you’ll be satisfied
one day you’ll be satisfied
one day you’ll be satisfied

back then every summertime
i was living so free under moonlight
not a godd+mn city line in sight
swear the love inside your eyes
was enough to blind a woman
now when i look real closely
i’ll admit that i’ve always been lonely
when i sank and let the ocean hold me
she reminds me i’m alive
back then every summertime
i was living so free under moonlight
not a godd+mn city line in sight

now when i look real closely
i’ll admit that i’ve always been lonely

and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine
and i’m f+cking fine

cool song, cool album cover, I'm an 8
So many people complaining about the album art like they've never been up close and personal with something just like that picture...

... and liked it...

Also, I like this song, sounds better with a good sound system.
I like the song quite a lot. Starting at 7.

Yes, the cover is disturbing, but that's clearly intentional, and I think interesting in how much the lighting and such contributes to a subject that isn't gruesome or anything itself.

FKN FINE? FKN RUBBISH!

Hitting PSD just to get this photo of my screen
The beat sounds like a slight twist on the 'funky drummer' beat that's so often sampled.
In the running for worst album cover ever.
Dancepoppy, but with enough interesting sounds/effects to keep it interesting for at least one listen. I like the stereo separation of the vocals.
